Meetings

The Parish Council has 9 councillors and meets every 2 months on the 3^rd Monday evening of the month at Mendham Primary School. Villagers are welcome to attend these meetings and hear about village matters and planning applications. Parish Council Meetings and Minutes

All meetings are at 7.00pm at Mendham Primary school. Residents are welcome to attend and/or queries can be raised in advance via:

The Agenda will be posted one week before each meeting on the notice board outside the Village Hall.

Planning meetings are held as and when necessary and notices of such meetings will be posted in the same way. All residents are welcome to attend.

Note that minutes from any planning meetings, whether concurrent with a PC meeting or on-site, will be displayed chronologically within that years PC minutes. Not all agendas/minutes have been made available by the parish clerk so if you want to view a missing document you must contact them directly.
